Out of the Shadows: Illuminating African-Americans This exhibit sheds more light on Riversdale's enslaved and free African-American residents through the 1860s. February 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, & 26 from 12:15 to 3:15 pm. The fee-based event includes a guided tour of the museum.
Out of the Shadows: A Woman's Work is Never Done , Sunday, February 26, noon - 3 p.m. Meet members of the Kitchen Guild as they perform some of the never-ending tasks that their sisters, enslaved and free, would have done at Riversdale during the 19th century. Fee includes a tour of the historic house: $2/ages 5-18; $5/ages 18-59; $4/ages 60 & up; FREE/ages 4 & under.
